Mid-LEO disposal at 600 km / A/m=0.01: P10 = 29.65 yr (cold sun), P50 = 13.80 yr (50-yr replay), P90 = 9.71 yr (Cycle 21 peak). 3.05× envelope ratio matches the published thermospheric solar-cycle range. Replayed against the F2-validated GFZ-Potsdam 95-yr archive (1932–2026, SHA-pinned).

SWADI density index from on-orbit dh/dt residuals, substrate-weighted to isolate clean atmospheric line-integrators from cascade-coupled noise. Two observables, one subscription, daily refresh.

β_rel: strongest cross-object differenced-residual correlation r = +0.949 across 159 days between two unrelated active payloads in shared 350–450 km shells. Population sign-test: 162 of 226 pairs positive.
SWADI 2026-04-29: 9 populated shells across 450–1500 km. F-factors 0.88–3.61.

Substrate-Coupling Pathway

We name the rocket bodies coupled to your fleet — and we apply the geometric tumbling-state correction the catalog doesn't carry. Pc screening can't see this; kinematic distance is the wrong axis. Closed-form algebra over the substrate's character-graded leverage map, with a multiplicative correction for objects in chaotic-tumble sectors. Named-pathway detail flows through engagement; aggregate findings and the methodology derivation publish openly in the audit charter.

Sample (largest LEO constellation in the public catalog): one named uncontrolled rocket body — 909 kg, 369 km altitude, retrograde — sits on a coupling pathway with 9,556 of 11,422 active fleet members. 1,580 of those above coupling strength 5,000. None visible in Pc screening. Methodology corrects leverage-weighted +15.84% upward for tumbling-state across the leverage-dominant cohort.
